Exclusive Furniture contest Rules for $25,000.00 Furniture Home Makeover
1. Eligibility:
- The contest is open to legal residents of Houston, Texas, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Exclusive Furniture are not eligible to participate.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. Entry Period:
- The contest begins on 6/2/2023 and ends on 6/24/2023. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Entry Method:
- To enter the contest, participants must visit one of the eight locations of Exclusive Furniture in Houston, Texas.
- Upon arrival, participants must locate the designated contest area and scan the provided QR code using a smartphone or other QR code scanning device.
- Each participant may submit only one entry per day throughout the contest period.
4. Entry Requirements:
- Participants must complete all required fields in the entry form, including their full name, age, contact information (phone number and email address), and residential address.
- Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection:
- One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
- The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form within 5 days] after the contest ends.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 days] or fails to meet the eligibility criteria, a new winner will be selected.
6. Prize:
- The winner will receive a $25,000.00 worth of regular priced furniture and mattresses from Exclusive Furniture.
- Exclusive Furniture will work with the winner to select the furniture and design options within the allocated budget.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
- Any additional costs or expenses incurred beyond the $25,000.00 budget will be the responsibility of the winner.
- Winner Is responsible to pay taxes, delivery charges, and any protection plan.
7. Publicity:
By participating in the contest, participants grant Exclusive Furniture the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Privacy:
- Exclusive Furniture will collect and use participants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and contacting the winner.
- Participants’ personal information will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.
9. General Conditions:
- Exclusive Furniture reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
- Exclusive Furniture’s decision regarding the contest, winner selection, and prize distribution are final and binding.
- Participants agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
10. Release of Liability:
- By participating in the contest, participants release Exclusive Furniture, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the contest or the prize awarded.
